| | | | | | We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product to us within 30 days from date we shipped the product to you for a complete refund if the product is returned to us in the same condition it was in when we shipped it to you. You are responsible for any shipping charges for your return unless you are returning a product to us that was damaged or defective in some way. Please be sure to return the product in the original shipping carton you received it in. All sale and discounted items are final sale and will not be accepted for returns. | |

| | | | | | In the event artificial flower arrangements, wreaths, home decor items or interior design products or any of our items are listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Jane Seymour Botanicals shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Jane Seymour Botanicals shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Jane Seymour Botanicals shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the original charge to your credit card for the order or items not shipped. |
